I called and made an appointment for 11:00 for a state inspection and oil change for my 2016 Nissan Rogue. I even got there about 15 minutes early. After asking how long it would take, about 25 minutes inspection and oil change for my 2016 Nissan Rogue. I even got there about 15 minutes early. After asking how long it would take, about 25 minutes later, I was told it would be at least 3 hours!!! I am 87 years old and have both knees replaced so sitting with them bent in a chair over 3 hours is too long. I waited a little while & then decided that was too long for me to sit and wait and I needed to leave. So I did. I think that making an appointment should have priority over just driving in and taking a chance on timing. PS. The service man was nice and apologized. More
