Super easy process. Got my car towed in on Sunday because of a blown out tire, keys were left in the drop box and they changed my tire before I could even call in and check on it Monday morning. Not sure why I tried again but I will never come back. Chris Vasquez made a mistake and told me he’d call me by 3pm but he was thinking about another customer.
