I've always taken my car to this dealership and have been very happy with their work. This time I was a bit disappointed as I had requested when I set up my service request to have the technicians look at t very happy with their work. This time I was a bit disappointed as I had requested when I set up my service request to have the technicians look at the transmission fluid and they did not. I was told I had to set up a special appointment unless I wanted to leave the car there until Monday (I brought it in on a Saturday) Last service visit the technician said a code popped up regarding the transmission, but they didn't have time to look into it. I thought by telling the women who took my call that I needed the transmission fluid checked because a code popped up last visit that they would have allowed time to look at what the code was OR told me when I made the appointment that I needed to make a separate appointment with specific technicians at that time, not when I got to the dealership. More

I called the service manager and he went out of his way to make things right. Jerry, the service manager, offered exceptional service. He continues to go out of his way to make sure I am satisfied. I have been going to this same place for years and the service has always been excellent. This was the first time, I had some minor issue, but the way they handled it made me feel I am not just a number. Jerry, made me feel I am a valuable customer of this dealership.
