I brought my truck in originally because the radio was malfunctioning. This was a follow-up appointment, as the radio didn’t sound as good as when I first brought it in. After evaluating my radio, I was told that they reprogrammed it. When I picked it up the radio still sounded off, so I immediately took it to a local automotive electronics store. Within thirty minutes, and for $50, they diagnosed that my amplifier had a blown inline fuse. I asked they technician what would have caused that and why the Nissan service technician couldn’t figure it out. He said that the most likely cause was the radio was installed with the key turned on to the accessory position. He said this would have likely blown the inline fuse, rather than one in the fuse box. As far as the Nissan technician not being able to figure it out, he said that they probably weren’t well versed with the installation of a stereo with an amplifier. I am frustrated that the Nissan service center had my car for over a week, over two appointments, and still couldn’t get it repaired correctly. My service manager was Mauricio Marchant. He was very professional and kept me in the loop with the repair of my truck. I do not believe that Mauricio was to blame for my truck not being repaired correctly. If not for him, I would not return to Don Davis for servicing my vehicle in the future. More

I had an appointment for 1pm and wasn’t seen until 3 something. Why schedule an appointment if it’s not going to be honored. I took time off of work for this appointment. Left car on 9/8 (purchased 9/3) to have some items fixed that were identified when purchased. Picked up, at my insistence, on 9/10 because we wanted for the weekend. 5 items on the list, only 1 done. had that were identified when purchased. Left message for salesman, have not received a call back yet to at least keep me updated. What is status of parts order? new service appointment? Have purchased 2 cars there, leased 2 others. Not sure service department is issue. More
