I had a 1 pm appointment for an oil change. Omar was upfront telling me they were running behind and it would be an hour before my car even made it in. I had a book, so I didn't mind waiting for a littl upfront telling me they were running behind and it would be an hour before my car even made it in. I'm glad I had my book and didn't want to have to come back another day, but I did think the wait was excessive. In the waiting room, I sat as far from the TV as possible so I could read. It would be nice if there was a "quite" waiting room for reading or if people bring their laptops to do work while waiting. More

Although no one really likes to take their vehicle in for repair, Jessie Ibarra made the experience a good one. It was a busy day for Don Davis Nissan Service department. However, Jessie was such a polite, friendly, young man; and he kept me up to date on the status of my repair. The waiting area was clean. The complimentary beverages and snacks were a plus. And the high speed wi-fi helped pass the time. My brakes were replaced and my oil was changed, all at a reasonable price (compared to other places that I checked out). They took extra care not to get any grime on my car, took it for a test drive to ensure everything was okay, and provided other recommendations (but without any pressure tactics).
