My experience at the dealership was good, I got what I needed within a decent time. I arrived early, there was maybe 4 or 5 vehicles ahead of me and I expected the wait time to be a few hours. I did not like the fact that I took my car in to be fixed and was told it would be ready on a certain date and then I was called and told the tech was not working that weekend and they would give me a loaner and was told it would be ready on a certain date and then I was called and told the tech was not working that weekend and they would give me a loaner. Once I got there the loaner was not equivalent to what I dropped off which is not good business in my opinion. If I drop off a 3 row, I think common courtesy would be a loaner 3 row. Then when I have to tell then I need the extra seats for the 3 row due to my children, I am told I need to pay for the service upfront before the service is even performed and that I will have to wait for a loaner. I just thought all of this was bananas especially not giving me an additional discount for inconvenience besides the original 10% I was already getting for a coupon in the mail. Anywho the best part of the experience was J my service tech who tried her best to do all she could to prevent me from being happy instead of just giving up, she came up with solutions. I would only recommend this service center because of J, but outside of her I was going to take my car to get seeviced elsewhere More
