I did not like the fact that I took my car in to be fixed and was told it would be ready on a certain date and then I was called and told the tech was not working that weekend and they would give me a loaner and was told it would be ready on a certain date and then I was called and told the tech was not working that weekend and they would give me a loaner. Once I got there the loaner was not equivalent to what I dropped off which is not good business in my opinion. If I drop off a 3 row, I think common courtesy would be a loaner 3 row. Then when I have to tell then I need the extra seats for the 3 row due to my children, I am told I need to pay for the service upfront before the service is even performed and that I will have to wait for a loaner. I just thought all of this was bananas especially not giving me an additional discount for inconvenience besides the original 10% I was already getting for a coupon in the mail. Anywho the best part of the experience was J my service tech who tried her best to do all she could to prevent me from being happy instead of just giving up, she came up with solutions. I would only recommend this service center because of J, but outside of her I was going to take my car to get seeviced elsewhere More

Mauricio and Kelvin were both extremely friendly and professional. Mauricio greeted me upon arrival and made the short wait for Kelvin to see my car interesting.
