The service visit was okay but the repeated sales calls afterwards from sales people trying to sell me a vehicle was annoying and a rather “bush league” sales tactic. I expected better. Recently moved here from South Carolina. I have had Nissan‘s for the last 10 years. This is the first dealership that I have had to wait over two hours just to get an oil change and tire rotation. Made an appt ahead of time for oil change and tire rotation and when I arrived for my appointment. Couple of employees asked me if I was helped I told them know no they asked for the name of my servic rotation and when I arrived for my appointment. Couple of employees asked me if I was helped I told them know no they asked for the name of my service guy and left. I believed I waited 5/10 minutes standing there for my service person and finally show up. I was told by him that they were understaff due to Covid and apologized, he also told me that I had to drop off the car for the day. I told the Service person that I did not had a ride back home because nobody told me of their situation. I asked if they can provide me with a ride back home because I did not had anybody with me to take me home, and I was told they don't do that because of Covid and they don't offer any other option(s) as other dealers do like call a Taxi/ Uber at their expense specially if is not the customers fault. After an hour or so I was able to find a friend that came to pick me up and took me back home. I believe that Customer Service needs to let customers know when we make the appointments ahead of time to make the necessary arrangements in the event they are short staff and is a need to drop off the car all day for an oil change and rotation. More
