It took 2 hours for an oil change and cabin filter replacement. I was probably overcharged because of the discount not being applied correctly. GM Jason Barling really needs to work on correcting paperwork and his customer service. My car was financed by two institutions, mine and another I have no earthly clue who. I have to continue to make payments on a car I don’t have because it wasn’t stolen and my financial institution didn’t repossess it. Still waiting to hear back from R. Howard.
