I did go in as a walk-in, without an appointment, however, I went in for a flat tire to be repaired. It took 2 1/2 hours for my Nissan guy to sit down with to let me know that they weren't going to however, I went in for a flat tire to be repaired. It took 2 1/2 hours for my Nissan guy to sit down with to let me know that they weren't going to be able to fill the hole and that it would have to replace the tire and provide a quote. It was another hour and 15 minutes before it was done. I would understand had it been busy, but I've seen it MUCH more hectic. Only 2-3 people were in the waiting room at any given time, and the vehicle lines were never close to full. The customer care guy was very professional and nice but never provided an estimated time to wait, as they usually do. More
