My wife came at 1145 the appointment was at 1200 she didn’t get and update until 1415 that they were taken the car to the back we were only getting a oil change tire rotation and a cabin filter she did didn’t get and update until 1415 that they were taken the car to the back we were only getting a oil change tire rotation and a cabin filter she didn’t leave until 1630 it took that long for them 3 things with a appointment then I need some front bushing u guys were out of the part he told my wife to check every month to see if the parts are in well I have a Toyota when I need parts for my vehicle I do not have to call they call me when the parts are in and it doesn’t take a month u guys never have parts for cars this is really getting old u making it very easy for my next vehicle will be a Toyota because ur service is sorry More

Service was ok but technician failed to check water in battery, but noted battery failure. That caused my dashboard to go haywire while driving. I took my car in for service. I had to call the dealership to find out when my car was ready as opposed to them calling me. After driving 15 miles I got a check engine light and had to limp it bac dealership to find out when my car was ready as opposed to them calling me. After driving 15 miles I got a check engine light and had to limp it back to the dealership. Turns out a radiator clamp was defective or improperly installed. Should be a quick fix, right? After having to call a couple of times I was told it would be ready soon and they would even wash it for me. Several hours later, after receiving no “It’s ready for you” call, I went down there and still had to wait 30 minutes for it to be washed. Not the “service” I was expecting. More
