I had a serice engine light on my car due to what I had a serice engine light on my car due to what appears to be transmission issues, Chris Vasquez was my advisor at the dealer, I showed up at 0900 I had a serice engine light on my car due to what appears to be transmission issues, Chris Vasquez was my advisor at the dealer, I showed up at 0900 and the car was on the bay by 1100. After a diagnostic, chris didn't come back to me until about 1330 telling me there was nothing they could do it was a 4000 dollar issue and that he could have my car appraised so I could buy a new one... seems like lazy work to me. On top of that, when I told him no and that I just wanted to leave, he said he would "wrap it up for me and get me going" well another 45 minutes passed and I still was sitting there.... I go back and find another rep and he told me that the technician working on the car "didn't know to bring the car around because he didn't know what I wanted them to do" meaning Chris failed to "wrap it up" and forgot about me. They did not proceed to get my vehicle until I got up yet again, and I was finally out at 1500. 6 hours of waisted time and poor service from Chris. Do not recommend. More
