Brenda Garcia was great to work with from the initial call until my car was actually serviced. She informed me of the steps in which it would take to replace my battery and she confirmed that it was stil call until my car was actually serviced. Very disappointed with the service of Gaby. She did not communicate effectively enough to let me know when making the appointment that the service department was running a day and half behind. Everyone I dealt with this time was a much better example of how customer service should be executed. The service department employees from techs to the young ladies working the register were all fantastic. of how customer service should be executed. Firstly Rami was incredibly helpful in his explanation and patient in his execution. Secondly, there was a red headed young lady at the register who was an exceptional help as well, though I'm sorry that I can't remember her name. I still hope she gets the accolades she so richly deserves. More
