I brought my car in for an oil change and to check on some issues I was having. Jose Gonzales was very attentive in helping me address my concern of the front camera not turning on below 6 mph. He went on a test drive and simulated when it should come on. He told me it did not appear to be working as designed but he was going to take out a new vehicle to see if it was. Later my rep for the oil change (Willen) told me he had determined it was operating as expected. Willen was very courteous and helpful especially in obtaining a new set of keys for me. I had lost one set of keys soon after purchase and had called your service dept to check on price for a new one. At that time, I was never advised that I actually had insurance for one year that would have allowed me to get a new set. Willen was able to get approval to supply me with a new set even though my year had just expired. My sales rep, Gianna, was extremely responsive as well. She contacted me while I was in the waiting room to see if I was being taken care of and also came to see me and ask again if things were good. I really appreciate the service provided by everyone. Service Advisor Chris sucked. He need more customer service training. I have been coming there since 2008 and all my experiencing have been great until now. After driving the loaner car that I was provided, and fell in love with, I was about 95% ready to buy the exact car that was loan to me. They took at LEAST 2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change, also they tried to get me to get a $200 CVT flush, mind you my Altima is only at 30k miles and the owners manual claims that you need to chan change, also they tried to get me to get a $200 CVT flush, mind you my Altima is only at 30k miles and the owners manual claims that you need to change the fluid every 60k. They also claimed that both the engine and cabin air filter were dirty, I knew for a fact that they weren’t because I had just changed them myself the day before I went up there. Lastly, they recommended a couple of ‘extras’ that really weren’t necessary for the car, I know my car and cars in general and I’m pretty aware of what my car needs and what it doesn’t. If they weren’t so money hungry I would give them 5 stars, but the fact that they tried to make me feel like I wasn’t giving my car the best just because I didn’t splurge for the $200 CVT flush 30k miles early & fuel induction service makes my respect for them less than adequate. More

The service was great. When I got my car back, it reek of must. One of the mechanic was very musty (bad hygiene) it took all day for my car to air out no matter how much air freshener I sprayed. must.
