My 2020 Nissan Rogue was taken in for normal oil change. An oil leak was discovered and no loaner vehicles were available. Don Davis Nissan is the only location that has ever serviced my vehicle. After arriving at about 5 till 7am, the bay doors open and I’m invited to drive up. The report said we denied allowing them to fix some things that we brought the car in for. Not true, we were never asked.
