I took my Altima in for a rear brake service. I tried to use their online coupon for 30 dollars off. After checking out I noticed that they only gave me 15 dollars off. When I asked about it the service rep use their online coupon for 30 dollars off. After checking out I noticed that they only gave me 15 dollars off. When I asked about it the service rep explained that the other 15 dollars was not applied in place of a waste disposal fee. He was willing to apply the full discount but his supervisor had other plans. The supervisor was willing to give the full discount but also wanted to charge a 20 dollar waste fee. So at that point I gave up and was sorry I asked. I felt like I was deceived at that point because there had been no mention of a waste fee or not getting the full discount prior to checking out. So much for customer service! More
