On November 4, I called to schedule an appointment for service for a manufacturer recall. When I arrived at my appointment, on November 14 at 8am, I was greeted by first one, then another associate. I was asked if I have an appointment or was a walk-in with a concern. I stated that I was there for an appointment for a recall. Shortly after, my service advisor Omar greeted me and again asked why I was there. At this point, I was already frustrated from having to speak to 3 different people when they should have shared information. I left my car there, and said they could take all day as I would pick it up in the evening. About an hour after dropping the car off, I received a call asking if they could keep the car until Monday as they did not have the part they needed and didn't know if they could finish on time. With much reluctance, I agreed to accept a rental car and pick up my own car on the following Monday. However, I didn't understand why the parts weren't ready as I had scheduled the appointment 10 days prior. I also took the earliest appointment that morning to ensure they could finish. Shortly after agreeing to leave my car, I called them back and stated that I changed my mind and didn't feel comfortable leaving my car there over the weekend as that same dealership had previously damaged one of my cars in the parking lot. Omar explained to me that they had already arranged for the part to be picked up and that it was costing them extra money so he needed an explanation for his manager as to why I did not want to have the work done that day. I told him it's not my problem that they weren't prepared even if it results in additional costs for the dealership. We agreed that I would pick up the car and reschedule for another day. However, just 20 minutes later, Omar called back and let me know that they would be able to get the part and get the work done in time. I then agreed to leave the car there until later that day. Omar called around 2:45 to let me know the car was finished. Omar was extremely polite, and clearly the work did get done in the end. However, overall, this was a terrible experience. It is the dealership's responsibility to have the parts for the service that was scheduled 10 days prior. I also don't feel that it should have been mentioned to me that I was basically costing the dealership money to go get the part. That is not the customer's problem or business. Don Davis overall needs to learn to take accountability and provide nothing less than excellent customer service. More

Julian was great! Greeted me with a smile, assured me he'd take of me, and followed through with every promise to take care of all my car needs.
