Julian was wonderful. He was very friendly and talked me through my service options. When I got my service report back, he advised me which options were more important than others so that I could make an in through my service options. He was also patient, as I wanted to talk to my dad prior to making any decision, and he even offered to talk to him himself, if I needed. Excellent service.....they went over and beyond each time. I came in for an oil changed....but they THANKFULLY fixed my tire too. I totally didn't expect that. Your Service Advisor, Carlos Alvarson is absolutely awesome! I arrived late for my 7am oil change appt because I went to two (2) competitor service centers by mistake. Rather than have those dealersh awesome! I arrived late for my 7am oil change appt because I went to two (2) competitor service centers by mistake. Rather than have those dealerships service my car, I was determined to honor my scheduled appointment at the Don Davis Nissan Auto Group at I-20 & Collins. Carlos reassured me that my appointment time was still valid and the vehicle would be fully serviced while I waited. He also explained the entire vehicle inspection process that would be performed since I was coming from another Nissan Dealership and verified the vehicle's history through his inspection ipad. We talked about the need for tire safety and replacement and provided me with an itemized printout of the various products offered. Carlos explained the new touch-less check-in/check-out signature process. I was also provided with a tour of the various amenities and restroom facilities available to customers. While waiting, Carlos periodically stopped by to check to see if I needed anything. Carlos Alvarson is an excellent representative of the type of personalized customer service and attention provided at Don Davis Nissan Auto Group in Arlington, TX. I will definitely return to this dealership's service department for future needs because of the personalized treatment I received from Carlos. Thank you. More
