I made my last appointment online, and I was able to have the date/time that fit my schedule. Upon my arrival to the dealership, Norma Mitchum met me at my vehicle and we, together, went over the details fo the date/time that fit my schedule. Upon my arrival to the dealership, Norma Mitchum met me at my vehicle and we, together, went over the details for my service needs for that day. She was professional, polite, and informative. She offered recommendations and 'talked up' the best qualities of the service team. No doubt, Norma made me feel welcomed. Norma also mentioned that Deborah was the technician who did excellent work on my vehicle. Norma and Deborah will be ones that I will seek when my next services are due. The very friendly cashier (cannot recall her name) thoroughly went over the charges with me so that could know what I was paying for. Here's another thing...I received a military discount on my bill!
