As a first time customer I am very unhappy with this dealership. I took my vehicle in with a known and documented recall issue and the first thing they were sure to tell me is that my "VIN number" was dealership. I took my vehicle in with a known and documented recall issue and the first thing they were sure to tell me is that my "VIN number" was not included in the recall. It doesn't matter that my vehicle year/make/model has the same issue, but my VIN apparently does not. Regardless I am still under warranty so they looked at it anyway. After 3 days to look at it, they advise that they cannot really see what the problem is, so they will need to remove the entire bumper to assess the problem. This "could" cost me up to $1,500. Um, no. I'll just take my car somewhere else. Oh, sorry Mr. Customer, but to take it somewhere else we will charge you $100 anyway for the warranty work that we did not complete. Total Scam! Stay away from this dealer. Sounds like they are starving for money. More
