Long wait. At my appointment time, service dept appeared to be having a group meeting in the foyer, therefore no one was working. My estimated wait time was to be approx. 2 hours, which ended up being more to be having a group meeting in the foyer, therefore no one was working. My estimated wait time was to be approx. 2 hours, which ended up being more than 2 1/2 hours, then I had an extended wait at the cashier’s desk, due to my keys being misplaced or not in the right place, this really delayed my plans for that day, which I had to reschedule. Great and fast customer service. Erick really listened to me and my concerns with my vehicle.
