I’m not sure who was to blame but over a 3.5 hour wait for only an oil change is unacceptable. Someone should of notified me the length of wait so I could of planned accordingly. When I tried to check in on how much longer I’d have to wait I was ignored by all the other members out on the floor in the service area. They made me feel very uncomfortable as a woman, as my if attending me was not as important as the others there. This once again was by the other service members while I was trying to track down Kelvin. Kelvin seemed to be trying his best but it was still not a good experience. After 2 hrs of waiting my back was aching from the uncomfortable seats in the wait area. More
