8 people arrived after me... as I Sat in my truck waiting to be seen or even acknowledged, ALL 8 were seen and spoken to before me. When I was called by my service advisor that my truck was ready I arrived to be seen or even acknowledged, ALL 8 were seen and spoken to before me. When I was called by my service advisor that my truck was ready I arrived 20 minutes later and my truck was still in the bay being worked on. I had to wait an extra 3 minutes before it was ready. Service advisor stated the were cleaning the engine and my windows. It was a lie. They did neither. More

Rami was very helpfull. He explained to me the wait time would 3 to maybe 4 hours. I was in and out in 2 the service was excellent. The only thing is i left my Kindle behind. But not your fault.
