S L O W Had an 8:30 service appointment for my oil change. NOWHERE on the website does it say that Shuttle Service is no longer available. I usually use the Had an 8:30 service appointment for my oil change. NOWHERE on the website does it say that Shuttle Service is no longer available. I usually use the shuttle to get to my workplace in Arlington. In this case, I thought ....... certainly it cant take that long. That was a WRONG assumption. I also had to have my transmission fluid changed out. For both procedures, it should take 1.5 - 2 hours max. I did not leave until after 12:15 pm. That is close to 4 hours. That is unacceptable. The manager of the service department did the right thing by deducting some from my bill. BUT...... I missed half a work day, managed to really anger my boss, and gave up 2 hours I can never get back. Unless something changes, and I mean drastically, I will not be back for any service. Oh and BTW....... the one part that I needed to fix a door handle on my truck is not even in the STATE OF TEXAS. How ridiculous is that. More
