Apparently surveys are more important than customer. However, if the focus is on the problem and it’s taken care of the reviews would get better. I had a lug nut left off came in to get it replaced only to come back an hour later and it still was off. I have small girls and I complained that the vehicle pulls. Three months later oil change and condensation in passenger floor. Made appt about issues had did not want to give me a car to drive. Picked up the card was to be charged 99.00 fo Hdiagnostic less than 40000thousand miles. Should had cleaned the car out instead it just smelt like it rained and dried out in the sun. Loyal customer poor service. This is the second new SUV purchase and the last one had the exact same issue may want to check that out. More
