During the walk thru of the MPI, she explain everything and answer all my questions right then & there! I truly recommend this Advisor to everyone! 💯 (Buddy) He knows how to treat his customers! When I got there he was already waiting for me to arrive since I had schedule a appointment with him & made sure I got the appointment on time. We did a walk around and the process from driving thru the lot, inside & walking out was amazing! Truly a professional and patient when it comes to us customer answering questions about our mpi reports, & time frame. No issues and I truly recommend this advisor as well to everyone! The only issue I had was with the express side. Taking for ever on a oil chance & rotate. I was in the waiting room for about 3-4 hours for a simple oil change & rotate. This to me was not acceptable. Management need to take care of this issue cause I shouldn’t wait that long for simple oil change & rotate. And see all the express & lube Techs just walking around and seen empty bays makes me think that these lube techs are not taking there jobs seriously..... More
