Went in for an airbag recall. The service person was receptive in taking in the vehicle. Once the vehicle was taken in, I was on my own. No one offered me any form of transportation even though the serv receptive in taking in the vehicle. Once the vehicle was taken in, I was on my own. No one offered me any form of transportation even though the service person made it clear that it would take all day for the repairs and on the recall document, it was stated that they would provide transportation.
