Mauricio has done a great job this time handling my car and the issues that had come up, he was quick, explained eve the service advisors fall short. I waited two hours for my car to be serviced for broken wiper blades and an oil change (this was ALL supposed to be done prior to me driving off the lot with it TWO weeks ago).
