Bought a 2019 car and within my 4th day having it, it needed to be serviced I took it in and they didn’t fix it properly although they said they did and stated they drove it multiple times to test it. Regular service, recalls Pleasant experience with this dealership. I really liked working with my service advisor Buddy Melvin. So far with all of my service advisors, I will have to say, Mr. Melvin seems to have been the most knowledgeable. I had to have my car in twice for the same problem. He made sure I wouldn't be back. I also had a problem with my key fob - more than just the battery. The previous time the battery was exchanged - that didn't solve the problem and when I explained the problem, Mr. Melvin knew immediately what the problem was. It wasn't the battery, the fob needed to be reset. He also went on to give me a tip in case my fob would stop working. I won't ask for any other service advisor from now on. In the past, I would just let anyone be my advisor because I have not had any problems. More
