Appointments aren't apparently in any way to put you ahead of anyway that shows up for service without an appointment. I was told first come first serve, so I take it that my appointment means nothing other than telling the dealership I will be coming in. This is my first service visit for my new Murano that I purchased from them. This was an extremely bad first impression and I have no desire to return to the dealiership for service or for that matter ever recommend this dealership service department to any of my acquaintainces. You blew it for my service business needs. More
