I had my car serviced in January. My car stayed over night for service. The next day I pick it up and immediately while driving I knew something was wrong, the car started to stall on my way home. I barely made it Home and was scared my car would stop on the Highway. I was Pissed, I just spent over $2000 on Repairs. I called Nissan and had to get it towed back.They fixed it Right the second time. I talked with the Service Manager Luis Hernandez and he worked with me, He assured me he would make up for the Problems that just had happened and he did.Me,my wife and Daughter cars would be taken car of without Charge. Jeremy started the great customer focus solution & de-escalation process. (Why Hurst Nissan didnt help me at all for 2 days. Took car for free oil change at 9:00 am. I was called a little after 12:00 and was told that a report had been sent on my car. It had just been sent right before the call, so I had no time to read the repo little after 12:00 and was told that a report had been sent on my car. It had just been sent right before the call, so I had no time to read the report. Anyway, it said I needed a wheel alignment, brakes bled, and battery terminals cleaned. I agreed to the brakes and battery terminals, but not the wheel alignment. I waited until almost 4:00 before calling back to check on my car. It was ready, but Mr. Aquino had gotten busy and forgot to call me to let me know the car was ready. He had quoted me a price of $100.00 when we talked earlier, he told me the price now was $164.00. Then, he realized that he was charging me for me free oil change, which I had paid for when I purchased my car from Don Davis Nissan. My service before has always been right on, but this past Saturday it was a little sloppy on the customer service. First, not calling me when my car was ready, then misquoting me the price. More
