Service is close to non-existant We bought the car 2 months ago. Due to COVID, it took that long to get the car to the Service Dept for issues that the dealership agreed were necessar We bought the car 2 months ago. Due to COVID, it took that long to get the car to the Service Dept for issues that the dealership agreed were necessary. Rear view camera, noise apparently from steering wheel area, small ding reparable via paintless dent repair. 1) When we got there, the Service Department showed 3 recalls on our vehicle. It turns out they had pulled records from an old car we had 6 yeras ago. 2) The service advisor, "Buddy"Melvin, wrote down what he thought the iissues were, rather than listening to our description. The next day, we got an email showing exactly what was passed to the servicing technicians. I corrected them, as per the email, but the corrections were ignored. 3) After a week, late one afternoon, Buddy gave us a call and said the car would be ready that day. I told him we would pick it up the next day. I also asked what exactly had been done to the car. He read something about rear view doors. Then he said he was reading from the wrong service report. 4) When we went to Don Davis the next day, the car had obviously not been double checked to see if, in fact, it was ready. It took us about an hour to get the car because it was NOT ready. When I asked to speak to the technician who actually worked on the car, Buddy said I could not. When pushed for a description of what was done, his reply was "I'm sure they did everything". WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO DON DAVIS AGAIN!! More

However, the Service Advisor, Rami Elhamad, was so courteous, polite, and helpful. I had no choice but to wait for my car (since I didn't have a ride). But Rami gave me frequent updates on the status of my car. The service area was clean and organized. The restrooms were immaculate.And I enjoyed the refreshments while waiting.
