I did not anticipate or enjoy an over-inflated estimate of unnecessary repairs for my Nissan Versa. Either these actions demonstrate lack of aptitude for diagnosing the problems my car was experiencing,l, of unnecessary repairs for my Nissan Versa. Either these actions demonstrate lack of aptitude for diagnosing the problems my car was experiencing,l, (unlikely as these are the certified car experts for my make & model of auto who also charged me for a diagnostic), or they are in the business of giving Nissan a bad name with their disrespectful & reprehensibly dishonest business practices! After quoting me a $4500 price to replace my transmission I took my vehicle for a 2nd opinion. It turned out that only my clutch needed to be replaced!!!! My final cost for repairs that were both accurately diagnosed & corrected was $1000!!!! That’s an enormous difference of $3500 savings! In the future I’ll remain ever-vigilante & self-advocating for my own car repair needs minus the condescending B.S. & “free” bottle of drinking water because no woman deserves to be treated as a doe-eyed simpleton who is incapable of understanding anything as “complicated” as mechanical moving parts!!!! More
