I have been a customer for many years. I made appointment for routing oil change. My appointment was at 3p. One would think it would be a quick process. Nope over 2 hours with appointment. I think because I for routing oil change. My appointment was at 3p. One would think it would be a quick process. Nope over 2 hours with appointment. I think because I have the maintenance plan they take the other customers before the ones with that have already paid in the plan. I just do not understand how simple oil change can take over 2 hours with appointment. More

Too long of a wait. I brought my car in at 9am. I received no updates on how my car was, I didn't even get a call on when my car was finished. I had to call throughout I brought my car in at 9am. At 2p.m. I called the service department(after previously being told that I would get a call once my vehicle was complete) to see if my vehicle was ready and was informed that I could now come pick it up. Again I HAD TO CALL. It was very frustrating to say the least. More

The worst experience ever. Sales person was only interested in seeking me on what I need. He treated me really bad, keep repeating things multiple times. People should not be treated like that.
