Jimmy in parts promises to make it up to me by helping me solve both original problem, as well as my tire problems. I drive all the way from Dallas, just to deal with another employee. One who, not only did not help me with my original problem, and did not keep Jimmy's word. Will not recommend to my 4 dorm mates who are looking to purchase vehicles soon. More

We have a 2017 Altima with 24,300 miles. We took our car in because it would down shift as we drove. They dismissed it with transmission problems. They worked on it and replaced several parts. When we pic in because it would down shift as we drove. They dismissed it with transmission problems. They worked on it and replaced several parts. When we picked ir up it had a high pitched squeal. Ir would get lost and higher pitched as we accelerated. We took it back. This time it needed a new transmission... it's less than 3 years old. We picked up after being in service a couple of days. Now the lights on the console where one shifts do not light up. At night I cannot see if it's in park or neutral or reverse, because the lights aren't working. I would love to take my car in for service and not have to keto taking it back for new problem that size from your service. I would really like my fairly new car with low mileage to not need such extensive work on it. I don't think I'll but another Nissan ever. More

Fabullous! Carlos was exceptional and went above and beyond his task to help me. I came for repair which was provided by another service agent but I wasn't infor Carlos was exceptional and went above and beyond his task to help me. I came for repair which was provided by another service agent but I wasn't informed of some outstanding work needed. When I came to pick up my vehicle he took the time to go over the paperwork research who my extended warranty was with to see if the part defected was covered. Although it wasn't covered I still wanted my vehicle to operate to its full capacity especially since I dropped it off and had to get a ride to pick it up.
