There were no social distancing measures in place. Customers also had to wait in a waiting room that didn't facilitate being 6 feet apart. And we were there for hours. Employees didn't wear masks. I wasn't given regular updates on my vehicle so I had no idea where we were in the process of the oil change. Gaby seemed to disappear but luckily Erika was available to get my paperwork ready. More

I went to the dealership to have a problem checked out that was not rectified at a Nissan dealership in another city. While no one wants to sit in a dealership all day or have their car worked on (because car maintenance can be expensive!) they made the experience as pleasant as possible. They have a very nice waiting area with beverages and snacks, and also, comfortable seating with plenty of outlets. Mr. Buddy Melvin helped me and was super courteous as well as knowledgeable about the problem that my car was having, and he was very thorough about explaining the problem to me (and I am not knowledgeable about cars at all). He even took the time to re-explain everything to my dad on the phone. Last, Mr. Buddy worked with the parts department to ensure that I got a reasonable deal on my compressor trade-in. If I went back and needed maintenance, I'd definitely ask for Mr. Buddy! Now, my AC is blowing ice cold! More
