Did things I asked them not to do, wouldn't honor coupon I went in for my 3 year / 45k miles maintenance. Since I had recently bought tires at Costco, I get free rotations and balance there, so I asked the t I went in for my 3 year / 45k miles maintenance. Since I had recently bought tires at Costco, I get free rotations and balance there, so I asked the tech NOT to rotate or balance the tires. This was done and I was charged for it. Further, I had a coupon I received via email, and when I presented it, I was told that "the charge was already discounted." Don't send coupons if you're not going to honor them. I also noticed NONE of the employees were wearing masks or keeping social distance. More
