This was a bad experience. The issue that was wrong never came up in their diagnosis. My husband told them if this issue with our initial call to then. The service department took good care of me. I went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated it took a while, I started asking question why is it taking so long, and that's when John came to me I went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated it took a while, I started asking question why is it taking so long, and that's when John came to me with another service person telling me other things that needed to be done.
