I took my car to the dealership last week and they had no clue what was wrong with it . I started having more problems and had the car towed due to being afraid to drive the vehicle. The tech called and ad clue what was wrong with it . I started having more problems and had the car towed due to being afraid to drive the vehicle. The tech called and advised the alternator was bad . Well I told them that when I arrived and that it had it changed . I asked what codes did the vehicle trigger . To my amazement the tech advised the car was not put on the machine . I was amazed . You mean to tell me I am paying 100 dollar for a diagnostic test and you did not even put it on the machine ? I had to practically beg and direct him to put the car on the machine . About an hour later he called and advised the transmission was gone and needed replacing in a 2016 Nissan Quest . I was livid . This means the first trip there could have saved me time and energy. I thought I was getting a diagnosis again the failed me . I left that parking lot and drove the car to Honda , where I traded it in and purchased a new car. The technicians and the mechanics failed me . The car should have been placed on the machine the first time . I spent over 800 fixing a car and the transmission was the problem the whole time . More
Not so happy The dealership called me to bring my car in for an ABS recall, but when I brought it in, was sent home because the indicator light hadn't displayed. T The dealership called me to bring my car in for an ABS recall, but when I brought it in, was sent home because the indicator light hadn't displayed. Then the light started displaying for a couple days, went off for couple days, then back on, etc... I took my car in for ABS recall again, reporting that the light was coming on/off & they tried to charge me for a battery. When people other than Buddy wait on me, they attempt to overcharge me. Buddy is alway honest & direct, and had explained the reason for recall & expectation. There was no mention of a battery. When they called me to pick up my car, no mention of the battery was made. When I went to pickup my car, a different rep claimed that my battery was bad & caused the ABS light to display. I had no indication of a battery problem before dropping my car off. After talking to his manager for some time, he removed the charge for the battery. This is not acceptable. I don't have extra money and this unapproved charge is an unfair practice. Buddy would at least have called me to tell me if this had been true. You need to train all of your reps to look out for the client's best interest & not take advantage of them during difficult times. More
