Terrible customer service, go out of their way to NOT help Bought my car from the pre-owned department, it came with a free warranty called Careguard for things like free key, tire replacement, etc.I called to Bought my car from the pre-owned department, it came with a free warranty called Careguard for things like free key, tire replacement, etc.I called to schedule an appointment and was transferred 6 times to different departments. Jimmy in parts promises to make it up to me by helping me solve both original problem, as well as my tire problems. I drive all the way from Dallas, just to deal with another employee. One who, not only did not help me with my original problem, and did not keep Jimmy's word. Will not recommend to my 4 dorm mates who are looking to purchase vehicles soon. More

Fabullous! Carlos was exceptional and went above and beyond his task to help me. I came for repair which was provided by another service agent but I wasn't infor Carlos was exceptional and went above and beyond his task to help me. I came for repair which was provided by another service agent but I wasn't informed of some outstanding work needed. When I came to pick up my vehicle he took the time to go over the paperwork research who my extended warranty was with to see if the part defected was covered. Although it wasn't covered I still wanted my vehicle to operate to its full capacity especially since I dropped it off and had to get a ride to pick it up. Customer Service is Exceptional My service consultant, Gaby, is really customer oriented. She is a pleasure to work with. She has found a couple of things that I wasn't aware of th My service consultant, Gaby, is really customer oriented. She is a pleasure to work with. She has found a couple of things that I wasn't aware of that needed repair while the vehicle was still under warranty. This service team does not pressure you to purchase services you do not need or services that can be put off until the next scheduled maintenance visit. They will make suggestions and let the customer make an informed decision. The shop and waiting room are clean. Always hot coffee there for me while I am in the waiting room. Free shuttle service is available when I just want to drop the vehicle off and get back home. More
