People are friendly and when I purchased the vehicle the price was good, but just not work all the issues dealing with service. The mailed coupon was the only reason I returned from the last two bad experiences, it won't happen again. More

Best Service Experience in quite some time I've always tried to use dealership service for all of my vehicles. Disappointing Experience We have been Don Davis customers for about 25 years. We have purchased many vehicles and we have had many vehicles serviced. This particular time we w We have been Don Davis customers for about 25 years. We have purchased many vehicles and we have had many vehicles serviced. This particular time we were told that we could not use a Don Davis service coupon on our car because it's not a Nissan product. My car is an Infiniti, which is a Nissan product, but we couldn't believe that this was accurate information so we asked Chris Vasquez, the advisor to check on it. He was very adamant that we couldn't use the Don Davis coupon and even APPEARED to go ask a manager and came back to confirm that we couldn't use the coupon since we didn't have a Nissan car and proceeded to tell us that he was going to lunch and another advisor would be taking over. Unable to believe that they would not take their own coupons for my Infiniti car I called the service manager Luis and he said the coupons should have been honored and he is taking care of the situation. This would be the very first experience that was this unprofessional and we will be back because they always rectify the situation. More
