1st Scheduled Oil Change This was my first 5,000 mile oil change as part of a prepaid service plan. I had a similar plan on my previous vehicle. Service was completed within the time estimated by the service advisor. Waiting room was excellent. The advisor went over the results of the multi-point inspection. Since the car was new there were no scheduled service items identified, although from previous experience I will be expecting them to be presented to me some time down the road. More
