I took my car in because my service light came on and required attention. I made an appointment and received immediate service; excellent customer service. There were several things that did not go well. First the mileage they put on my paperwork and oil sticker we’re wrong. I presented to have my oil changed...I checked my car in and waited for Jimmy Rodgers to come talk to me. He never came....I just thought they must be busy...after an hour or so I noticed a car parked outs and waited for Jimmy Rodgers to come talk to me. He never came....I just thought they must be busy...after an hour or so I noticed a car parked outside that looked like mine...I waited for 20 minutes but no one came. So I went back to the service dept. and asked them to check on my car....I could see there was some confusion and finally John Jones said my car was ready...he asked me if Jimmy Rodgers ever came and talked with me ....I told him no I paid for my car and was taken to the car that I had been seeing parked outside for now the last 30 min. or so.
