I came in last Saturday for a simple oil change, but after getting my car’s diagnostic back, I needed additional maintenance. Thankfully, majority of the work that needed to be done was covered under wa after getting my car’s diagnostic back, I needed additional maintenance. Thankfully, majority of the work that needed to be done was covered under warranty. Rami E. was my service advisor and he was amazing! He helped me every step of the way. He informed that it would take a while on my car, so I ended up having to get a rental car through Enterprise. Omar G. helped me with all of that. However, there was one issue. They both informed me that someone would call me when my car was finished and no one called. I eventually called and got the voicemail. They were closed on Sunday, so I had to wait to all them Monday morning. There was just a bit of a problem with communication there. Overall, they were amazing! More

5 hours for a 2 hour oil change! The title of the review says it all. It took about an hour for the courtesy shuttle to take me 10 minutes up the street after only having 2 people on The title of the review says it all. It took 3 hours for the oil change, and over an hour to get picked up because the shuttle driver forgot to come get me after I called. I have avoided Don Davis for years because of their terrible service. This was the one time I chose not to go to Clay Cooley (now Metro Nissan Dallas) because I moved closer to Arlington. Next time I will spend the 45 minutes to an hour at Metro Nissan instead. You can remodel the facility but you can't remodel the horrible staff and service! More
