Mike went above and beyond! I have been to Don Davis Nissan service so many times and had dealt with different service advisors and so far Mike has gone above and beyond to make I have been to Don Davis Nissan service so many times and had dealt with different service advisors and so far Mike has gone above and beyond to make my service experience amazing, he turned a frustrating situation on the best service experience I ever had. My care guard contract expired a couple of months ago and he did everything he could to get my prepaid oil change and tire rotation taken care of but unfortunately it couldn’t be covered, Mike offered to apply a discount on my oil change and also he found out that the battery on my truck needed replacement, Mike found out that my battery was still covered under warranty and I did not have to pay for the replacement which it was a hefty amount of money. I would definitely recommend Mike Bello for your service needs at Don Davis Nissan and I’m sure that he will take good care of you, Thank you so much Mike. More

Very disappointing experience I took my wife’s vehicle for an oil change, they recommended few extra items to look at, they sent me a link with pricing, then I went to the service I took my wife’s vehicle for an oil change, they recommended few extra items to look at, they sent me a link with pricing, then I went to the service coordinator to talk to him about it, we agreed on some extra items that the warranty will cover and some extra stuff that I will pay for, When it was all agreed on the pricing had changed tremendously for the same item it looks like they marked it up way too high because my vehicle is an Infiniti, I had to wait over 4 hours for them to do all that and put me in a rental even I told them about my schedule ahead of time and how busy I am, while promising me my vehicle will be done by 4 pm, They put me in a rental that was dirty, there a beer can inside and half a tank, the service gentleman he was just bring it back full of gas!!!!!!, it isn’t full, I took rental and went on with my day, they call me to let me know my car will stay overnight. I know they were very busy but there was no reason for all of that. Pricing changed on me. Promised time changed on me. Long wait time. Poor rental car service. They gave a 10% discount, that was on their website get 10% if you spend more than $300. More

The dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past have washed my cars and vacuumed them with my service. Since we pay higher prices for the service a car wash should come standard. Also they need to work on their timing. My appointment was at 8am and I arrived at 7:55am. It didn’t take long to be seen but it took 3hrs for my oil change and recall to be fixed. No one came to me to give me status updates so at 10:55 I got up to find the guy that helped me and he told me my car was ready. I feel like more communication is needed at Don Davis and more perks for the customers as well as the appointments should be handled in order. We pay a lot of money for our cars but no perks are given. Vandergriff Honda gives you one free oil change with the purchase of your vehicle plus car washes as well as Vandergriff Chevrolet and Vanguard Kia. I also was promised a free tank of gas and car wash from my salesman Taylor however when I texted him about it he never responded back. I’ve had a few issues but I still love my vehicle. Don Davis needs to step up to the plate. More
