Broke parts I took my car for an oil change and asked about A tune up and was given a quote of $159 after they started to work on my vehicle they came back and sa I took my car for an oil change and asked about A tune up and was given a quote of $159 after they started to work on my vehicle they came back and said it was an additional $259 the guy that was helping me didn’t know a lot about why the additional charge so I decline the tune up but apparently they had taken my car apart so they had to put it back together so I spend 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Also the next day I noticed there was a rattle noice in my car but I was driving to Houston for the weekend but I had my brother check my car and he noticed that there were broken parts and loose parts , I’m not impressed by the service and it’s probably the last time I take my vehicle there . More

Terrible service and more expensive compared to other dealer Terrible service.They will always give you a long list of Maintenance stuffs to do every time you bring in your car even for an oil change which are a Terrible service.They will always give you a long list of Maintenance stuffs to do every time you bring in your car even for an oil change which are absolutely not necessary but a way for them to make money out of customers. Whenever it comes to repair something because my car is under warranty they never wanna do anything they’ll always tell you that everything is OK and if anything is wrong at all they will tell you that it’s not covered under warranty and will discourage you to claim for warranty. My service advisor told me that they will charge me to check if anything wrong with the car even if it’s under warranty then what is the warranty for? All shady ways to make money. Never going back to them again. More
