Nail in a tire I was leaving a faction on Saturday afternoon. And I notice my tries lights where on, because some of the air was leaking from the weather in Dallas, I was leaving a faction on Saturday afternoon. So I went to Cosco to see if they can put air in my tires, So when I look at the tires, one more time and I notice there was a nail in one of the tire. I jump on the phone and call Nissan Dealership Service Department and the middle of the day, They answer my call, I told the Service Department, the reason why I was calling, They told me to bring my Car on in, and they fix this problem I was having with nail in my tire. Awesome! And I didn't have to seat long. Thank Nissan! More

The desk clerk was very rude and dismissive. They were very dismissive. They were ordering lunch and didn’t care about the customers. Did not try to get my car. Very rude!!! The service guy called to say my car was ready I came to pick it up the girl told me it wasn’t ready and she didn’t have my paperwork. I told her he had called and said it was ready. She dismissed me and started to help the next customer. I went outside and my car was parked in the spots where the cars that are ready are parked. I came back in and told her my car was parked there. She said well I don’t have your paperwork very rudely. I said well it’s included in my my purchase do you have my keys? She said I don’t have your paperwork as if I didn’t hear that the first time. She then walked off. I stood there for about 25 minutes waiting and she returned. She printed some papers slammed them on the desk and said sign here. I signed she gave me my key which she had it was in the box on the wall behind her where they always are. I was very disappointed with this service this time. More
