Great place...one tiny glitch I love Don Davis, and I love my Murano. Just had an oil change. The only thing I would fault them for is not resetting the oil life indicator. Worst service center ever This dealership has had the worst service experience I ever had.. after scheduling to drop off truck for them to troubleshoot why my truck is loosing This dealership has had the worst service experience I ever had.. after scheduling to drop off truck for them to troubleshoot why my truck is loosing coolant. 6hrs later and truck is still parked so I talked to the service agent he says they are backed up and that my car could be there for days till they can begin to look at it. Meanwhile I don’t have a car cause they can’t give me a car till it’s diagnosed with the problem. So how do I get to work so I can pay for this truck that’s been a problem since the day I bought it. This was scheduled and you still have to wait with no deffenite day or time when they can get to your vehicle.. not acceptable last Nissan I will ever buy.. More
