I got hijacked I went in for an oil change. There was a 4 hour wait. They recommended a battery replacement, I declined. They replaced the battery anyway, and I didn I went in for an oil change. There was a 4 hour wait. They recommended a battery replacement, I declined. They replaced the battery anyway, and I didn’t want to wait another 4 hours for them to put the old battery back. And I had no confidence that the old battery wasn’t tampered with. I felt I was hijacked into buying something I didn’t want, because they knew I wouldn’t want to wait. I had other things to get done that day, and I was highly upset. I had to leave, but I called later to try to talk with a manager, and was informed that they were on the phone and to leave a message. I left my named and did not receive a call back. A manager finally called back the next day but I’ve been playing phone tag with him ever since. I will NEVER go there again, I will NEVER purchase from there, and I will NEVER recommend anyone to go there. Shame on you all. More

Poor service I send my car for a recall that I had, they couldn't lend me a car so that I could use for the days that my car was to be serviced. Just 2 days that my car was there, I spend over $200 for uber and that made me very angry. Just for me to wait for a shuttle bus to take me home, it took like 1hr 30mins.
