I was then shown to the lovely waiting room and waited about an hour and 15 min. They then came to get me and I signed a few papers and didn’t have to pay a thing! Disorganized and Unloyal Been using this guy's for a while and they have slowly deteriorated. Expect an simple oil change to be 6hrs+.
