Worse service ever!! I’ve lived in Arlington since 2013 and used this place 3 times. Every service is more worse than the previous. I will never use this place again!!! DON'T BUY FROM HERE I'll keep this as short as possible: don't get your car from here. Everything discussed during the sale goes out the window once you sign. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CONSISTENCY AT THIS LOCATION IS NON EXISTENT. I had many questions after my purchase regarding my car, and was passed over to 2 different sales reps (who have all left the company now) and every single one them has confirmed the company is shady. -I've had at least 3 different service appointments here, and each time I come back they give me different information that the last time I was there. Unorganized with documents/accounts (put one of my oil changes on the wrong account for example) and when you ask them about it, the rep you last spoke to seems to coincidentally never be available. No trust can be had with what they tell you. -When I've called in to speak with the Service department in the past, reps haven't had answers to questions and made no attempt to find answers, hung up in my face, refused to transfer me to a manager or to even take a message for one. -I e-mailed them twice with questions/concerns after I got an e-mail asking how my last service appointment was, and NEVER got a response. -When I spoke to management (Chris) about my concerns regarding past appointments and communication attempts with them, his solution was for me to only work with Carlos (one of the very few people who has taken good care of me here). When I asked him how that was an appropriate response/solution (only working w/one rep instead of addressing how your reps as a whole have performed) he simply said "some people vibe with others better". HA! When I explained my latest problem/concern with an appointment that took place with a rep who is now unfortunately in the hospital, his response is that the rep was doing better "most importantly" (????) I let him know that I enjoyed working with the rep and was sad to hear he was in the hospital (as I previously told Carlos) but that it wasn't appropriate to tell me that should be my main concern. -Ultimately, Chris offered to pay for this oil change as a solution- which let's me know he either thinks I'm dumb or didn't pay any attention to my account. I already have oil change and tire rotation WITH my warranty- it will expire either by a set date, or when I hit a certain number of miles (whichever comes first) and as previously discussed with other reps, I'll reach the miles before the date. SO pretty much I'll already end up with an oil change that I can't use because of this. Offering to pay for something I already have is pointless. I NEVER had these issues when I was with Toyota. Seeing how management chose to handle my concerns now has me convinced this will be a constant issue with them moving forward. If I didn't love my car, I'd say purchasing a car from here was the worst decision I could've made. If you don't have to, don't buy from here. Take your business elsewhere, specifically to a place that will value you AFTER the sale. More
