Expensive repairs After paying $4000.00 earlier in the year to get a/c fixed and power steering replaced, I was still having problems with my air and having no heat. The quote was $2400 to get the heat fixed which I can’t afford. The repairs are not a reasonable price for average consumer. I will not buy another Nissan. Too many repairs. More

Disappointed The overall rating for this Service Center is great, but this time my experience was very disappointing. I dropped off my vehicle for services at The overall rating for this Service Center is great, but this time my experience was very disappointing. I dropped off my vehicle for services at 2:30pm, I knew they were very busy so I expected for them to take a while. But 6:30pm rolled around and no call what so ever, so I continued to wait and called right before 7pm and the service area was closed, the answering desk tried to connect me with someone but unfortunately it wasn't possible. I was left without a vehicle and had to rearrange our schedules for the following day to accommodate this situation. My husband goes out of his way to do the school run and drop me off at the dealership and ends up being late to work. I inquired about why was I not contacted and the service person (don't recall the name) said he did contact me and left a message, maybe he misdialed, but my car was ready at 4:30pm. I got no call and no message in my voicemail. I have been very happy with dealership and its services, but this time it is just unacceptable. More

A very long wait! Everyone was very polite and attentive. I had an 11;00 AM appointment but my car didn't get back to the shop until around 12:30. It was finished about 2:00. That's quite a wait for an oil change and State inspection! Why make an appointment if you have to wait this long? The person who check my tire pressure reported that all tires had 35 lbs but my car monitor said they were on 30 and 31. They were supposed to be 33. I have my tires checked monthly and my monitor has been accurate so I'm not sure what happened here. More
