This was my first time coming to Don Davis Nissan Service Center. Logan Mims provided great customer service and was very thorough with explaining everything. ?He has very pleasant personality. However, according to them - it was a relatively slow Saturday morning. I arrived before 10:30am & it was after 2:30pm when my car was ready. I waited 4+ hrs for a simple oil change, tire & balance rotation & changing engine air filter. I'm rating this 3 stars because the technicians did not refill my windshield washer fluid. It was empty when I arrived & I went to use it yesterday & nothing came out. It's still empty Inspect Windshield Washer Fluid is one of the inspection items for the oil change!!!!! So, now I'm slightly perturbed that I have to go back to Don Davis Nisssan Service Ctr today to have them refill the windshield washer fluid. I'm going back .... because I paid for it. More
